| Description: |
The Township of Malahide is seeking Expressions of Interest from individuals, community groups, or businesses to operate concession services at Malahide Community Place during the 2025 summer season. The MCP facility includes three baseball diamonds, a community hall, a library branch, a walking path, and a playground. Concession operations are expected during scheduled baseball games and other outdoor events. Site tours are available upon request by contacting the Procurement Lead by January 30, 2025. Additional details, including menu expectations and compensation structure, are provided in the EOI documentation. This EOI does not commit the Township to any contractual agreement and may be amended or canceled at the Township's sole discretion.
